A Bit About Me

My Training Philosophy can be summed up in two words - Results and Accountability. At the end of the day, I am a Results Driven trainer. I will do everything I possibly can to get you the results (goals) you desire. This includes holding you, the client, and me, the trainer, accountable. I put 100% effort and energy into each program, and I expect you to match that with every workout.

Some Techniques I use with my sessions really depend on the client and their specific goal. However, I’m a true believer that the Hypertrophy Training style can, and will, greatly benefit anyone regardless of the end goal.

Accreditations / Certificates / Awards

I am currently working towards my completion of a Personal Training certification through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).

Fun Facts

I am a United States Marine Corps veteran who served honorably for 9 years. During my time in the military, I led and instructed numerous physical fitness sessions and tests, including High-Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) sessions. HITT is a combat-focused strength and conditioning program specifically designed for Marines. Since being honorably discharged, I began competitive bodybuilding. I started bodybuilding in 2018 and placed in my first show in 2019. I am still currently competing in the National Physique Committee (NPC) federation.
