A Bit About Me
I discovered fitness later in high school in response to the demands of hockey. Until then, I certainly didn’t consider myself a fitness enthusiast.
Fitness became a hobby, then a passion, and now my career. Today I can say I have a healthy, positive relationship with my body.
I think everyone can benefit from structure and consistent exercise.
I’ve watched many people fall victim to comparison culture and define their fitness by size and appearance. It’s my belief that a healthy self-image can be gained through experiencing your own strength and success in reaching your goals.
Exercise improves not only our physical fitness but also our emotional and cognitive well-being. In today's world, any opportunity to build a healthier foundation for our lives and daily activities should be seized!
