A Bit About Me

I truly believe in the client/trainer connection. I care about every client relationship I have. " No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care!" That quote sums up my philosophy. I pride myself on my adaptability to my client's needs. My favorite training technique is higher frequency total body workouts. Total body synergy for each workout. I pride myself on having a plan for every client and situation that might come up.

Fun Facts

I have weighed 275 lbs in the past, now I weigh 205 lbs. I have become more of a fitness lover as I have gotten older. I am an animal lover and have 2 rescue dogs.
