A Bit About Me
I grew up in a family where illness was the norm. This made me begin my education on health and wellness in 2010 and I’ve never looked back!
It's taken me the better part of a decade to find my sweet balance of living my life to the fullest while still chasing and obtaining fitness + health goals. Exercising is an integral part of my lifestyle that allows me to fully enjoy the important things in life.
I help my clients battle body dysmorphia by guiding them towards self-love and benevolence while also helping them reclaim the days that make up their lives.
