A Bit About Me
I'm a former collegiate rower and English major from Albuquerque, NM, and I believe that strength is a marathon, not a sprint. My coaching philosophy is built on the idea that quality movement is non-negotiable; if you strengthen a suboptimal movement pattern, you're actually making yourself weaker.
I see strength as the key to longevity. The more strength you have, the longer you can stay injury-free and keep doing what you love. As a former athlete, I know that true fun comes from accomplishing something you didn't know you could do, and that's exactly what I bring to every training session.
