A Bit About Me
In terms of work ethic, my philosophy can be described as going from “whatever you’ve got” to “whatever it takes.” Every person starts their journey at a different level and distance from their goal. My intention with every client is to understand exactly where we are in relation to the goal and what training capacity we’re at in relation to what’s necessary to achieve the goal. After that, it’s GO TIME! Once we know what we’re working with…you bring the heart and the muscle, and I’ve got the rest!
